TERMS &CONDITIONS

1.     All the clients must be scheduled to leave the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the end of their package.

2.     Child will be charged 75% of the adult package.

3.     Infant fees in PKR=8,000/-.

4.    Cancellation after Visa Stamp per Passport PKR=18,000/- (Adult & Child).

5.    Once the prime hotels are fully occupied, other types of hotels will be utilized for accommodation of the clients.

6.    All above rates are as per person basis.

7.   All above package are without Air Tickets.

8.   All above rates are subject to change without prior notice.

9.   Any objection on Visa / Documents for Saudi Consulate of Ministry of Hajj or delay the company will not

      responsible.

10. We will charge (Passenger / sub Agents) 2,000/= SR per Passenger for arrivals without Hotel Voucher and 9,000/= SR

      Charge for overstay passengers

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Payment should be In Advance, if there is no payment with Passport, passport will not process under any condition.

• Confirm return seat must be required for the Hotel Voucher, otherwise hotel voucher will not issue under any condition.

You need to provide the following documents at the time

of submission for Umrah 2016

1-     Machine Readable Passport (Validity must be 7 months)

2-     Original C-NIC / Form B if (applicable)

3-     Photographs (4) with size of 4x6 am in Sky blue background

4-     Medical Certificate
